Translations needed for upcoming 3rd party app release

[First, quick reminder: The above mentioned Clipdinger is still missing a translation or two for some languages… ]

Dale has been hard at work improving ArtPaint’s layer handling, adding blending modes, improving the color mixing window and the usual bug fixing and polishing. There will be a new release soon and there are a few new strings that need translating.

Please head over to Polyglot and help out, if you can.
Thanks!

Last call, both updates forArtPaint and Clipdinger will be released this Monday.
Unfinished translations will be included, but you’ll have to live with the original English terms mixing into the otherwise localized GUI until the next update…

The stats (only languages near completion):

  • ArtPaint: Catalan (85%), Dutch (88%), Friaulian (97%), Italian (78%)

  • Clipdinger: Catalan (96%), Czech (88%), Finnish (88%), Friaulian (96%), Indonesian (88%), Italian (96%), Polish (88%), Portuguese (Brazilian) (88%), Romanian (88%), Russian (88%), Turkish (96%), Ukrainian (88%)

Another candidate for a new release: ArmyKnife

There are only very few changes/additions that need translation. Please head over to ArmyKinfe at Polyglot and help out, if you can.
Thanks!

Don’t we have to look for a new name for ArmyKnife?

Quick status update:

  • ArmyKnife: Japanese 88%, Portuguese and Spanish 94%
  • Weather: Esperanto, Portuguese and Spanish 96%

Would be nice to have those completed for next release. Thanks!

A new big release of ArtPaint is looming again!

Please head over to ArtPaint at Polyglot to update/finish/add your translations. Current stats for nearly finished translations (for the main app, there are quite a few sub-projects for the plug-ins):

Dutch (95%), Finish (44%), French (99%), Italian (99%), Japanese (89%), Portuguese (89%)

Thank you!

@BlueSky and I have been working on ffmpegGUI - unsurprisingly a GUI for ffmpeg to convert videos - and think it’s time for a first release.

Please head over to its Polyglot page if you’d like to contribute translations.
Thanks!

French localization of ffmpegGUI done. Though, it would be nice if someone used to this kind of tool can review it and validate.

Recently Zach Dykstra added zipping+uploading a folder to UploadIt, and using BNotifications. I tweaked it a bit more and would like to publish an updated version.
A handful of strings need to be translated first. Please head over to UploadIt at Polyglot and lend a hand. Thanks!

I will be releasing Koder 0.6.0 in ~two weeks. Only a few strings were added, so not much work is necessary to have a complete translation. → Polyglot

Thanks!

Trying to do it right, I checked out current master, installed scintilla_devel-4.3.2-1-x86_64.hpkg and yaml_cpp_devel-0.7.0-1-x86_64.hpkg, and the build fails with:

src/support/Languages.cpp:21:10: fatal error: Lexilla.h: No such file or directory
   21 | #include <Lexilla.h>
       | ^~~~~~~~~~~

How to fix?

You need Scintilla 5 and Lexilla installed.

recipes: WIP Update Scintilla by KapiX · Pull Request #7928 · haikuports/haikuports · GitHub

Have in mind that this release breaks compatibility with old data (.yml language files), so you’ll need to update them as well.
