OK, I’m totally against a mascot, but if it ever becomes legally required to have one, a “LeafSheep” is it. Let me call @Daat…
How it can be? Mascot is usually informal thing.
I tried to express how much I’m against all kinds of mascots in a lighthearted way.
That’s right! In fact we have a real-world version of this we put on our conference tables as well!

I am someone generally against a mascot for Haiku but I will say the leaf-tailed gecko, leaf sheep sea slug and seaweed/leaf seahorse are amazing animals and would be neat mascots.
I second @leavengood here, but the leaf sheep is kind of neat. What would they look like in Haiku artwork styles…?
I like leafy sea creatures. My bid is on leafsheep.

meh quick and simple chibi haiku tan thing…
The green, orange and yellow leaves in the Haiku logo are good mascots.
I liker her tan. That’s a nice concept.
Looks like a child for system informations for first steps of shool childs ![]()
I remember there was an informal poll on the Tycom Beshare server. Majority vote was Walter.
I miss my shirt.
Since new users tend to mistake the blue leaf on the deskbar as a feather, all of the leaf mascots wouldn’t work - they’d just be confusing. For example, the “leafsheep” would have to be a “feathersheep” - which would make it look like an overstuffed 4-legged turkey.
Which brings us back to the pigeon…
Ever thought of blessing the quill as a writing quill, which would go well with the name of the system, haiku. Haiku is a form of poetry.
So every things good like it is
We shall name him Quilly. No relation to Clippy.
So like, this all has me thinking… does Haiku have a haiku artist? Like not painting, but someome that actually writes little haikus for error messages. I feel the mascot needs to be a creature that is able to recite haikus.
Of course, this is all trivial, but i just thought id put my two cents
