bullfrog
Hi, my name is Jeremiah Bailey, aka bullfrog. If you must know about how I got the name bullfrog, I was born with it. A quick web query for ‘jeremiah + bullfrog’ should yield some more info on the topic. I became a user of BeOS in the pre-OpenBeOS days of r5.0. I soon became active in the community as a full-time user of BeOS, testing software, helping new users acclimate to the user environment and community, and otherwise being a general pain in the rear. For those who remember BeShare’s heyday, you may remember a sometimes mildly funny character who used the screen names drimmeeper and jeremeeper. Yes, that was me. Back then. A short while after attending WalterCon 2004 in Columbus, OH, I began to wander from the community and switched to Ubuntu for awhile before taking a nearly 5 year break from computing entirely. I’m now back, testing software, helping new users acclimate to the user environment and community, and otherwise being a general pain in the rear.
My interests are AVR/Arduino, microcontrollers and electronics in general; general automotive hacking; CNC machines and 3D printing; making and using tools, machines, and parts; primitive technology.
