Snes9x - (SNES emulator for BeOS)

Hello! I found the website of the author of Snes9x-BeOS emulator:

http://www.modeen.se/snes9x-1.aspx

There are both the binaries and the sources of the Snes emulator.

I don’t know if the site are manteined or not, but could be good to had the sources included in the HaikuArchives Git repositories, for backup purposes.

Thanks!

just tried this version…

It will not run out of the box (binary)… because it makes use of a zeta library (libzeta.so) and it does not find libz.so because of the old location in /boot/beos/etc/develop/zeta-r1 -gcc2-x86/lib/x86/libz.so , libzeta.so

Someone should compile it again to make it work in Haiku…

Sorry I have no idea how to do this…

It’s my site

I’m not the outhour of it but then the original was on BeBits.

I can convert it and add it to My Github for access (then HaikuArchives can take it from there  )

hm… why did it double post?..

Now it’s here.

I will begin to remove Zeta stuff and get it working…

That’s good news!

…thanks for working on that!

Happy to hear that you are going to remove Zeta stuff and try to get a Haiku version then.

Eager to know if it has the same audio bug as ver. 141
