I’ve just installed the TracVote plugin on our bugtracker. This adds a way for (logged-in) users to “up” or “down”-vote tickets:
Querying to see what tickets have the most votes is not implemented for all users yet, but at least you can get busy voting now

At least they give an ancient example for that… I voted on a bunch of stuff 
and nothing blew up so cool!
