You mean like a GUI Rapid application development tool? There are some in HaikuDepot for that not sure how stable they are though.

Is there an ‘application’ (possibly within a development environment), with which one creates scenarios, in order to clarify his ideas to a program surface (menu structures, their contents and so on …) to another?
Polli you can try yab, not so hard to learn this basic scripting language.

Lazarus is available for Haiku and it’s easy to create UI mock-ups with it. No need to write code, just do the menus, toolbars, buttons, status bar and other UI elements. I think that could help you.
