Speaking of DockBert, I’ve fixed the annoying bright line along the lower border…
Hi how did you do that?
I’ve removed a FillRect in the Draw() method of the main view which by the way sets the High Color with a hardcoded value.
There’s still a gap of 1px that could be removed maybe by lowering down the window without affecting anything.
Dockbert still using Qt4?
@Begasus - you’re confusing Dockbert with my HiQDock (HiQDock ... New Dock coming soon)
Dockbert is completely native I think
@hey68you my bad! ![]()
It also seems to support localisation by catkeys. If it is working correctly, it could be interesting to add it to polyglot apps to have more.
thanks for the tip,but i cant code,im just a user of Haiku,so sorry i dont now what u are talking

Understood. This and hopefully another round of fixes and improvements will find their way into an update via Haiku Depot. Sooner or later ![]()
Did you upstream or created a PR for this? Can’t find it at: GitHub - HaikuArchives/DockBert: Deskbar modification, it adds a dock to your deskbar where you may have shortcuts organized in "tabs", a tab of the running apps and some other general eyecandy.
sorry i dont now what your are talking about,im just a user of Haiku ![]()
That was meant for @Nexus-6 if he upstreamed the patch fixing the lower part of Dockbert. ![]()
hey DockBert getsuites of Window 0
and to get or modify one of the settings:
hey DockBert get DrawOuterFrame of Window 0
hey DockBert set DrawOuterFrame of Window 0 to ‘bool(false)’
Not yet, doing some tests. Hopefully later tonight.
I’m disturbed by the 2px gap at the bottom and want to fix that, too. ![]()
PR created but I wasn’t able to fix the gap. I’ll leave this for the next one.
