BeOS user - new to Haiku and to the forums

Hi there

As the title says, I’m new here. I’ve installed Haiku a few days ago. As a BeOS R5 PE veteran, I feel everything is just how and where I left around 23 years ago :slight_smile:

I won’t bore you to death with introdcution - just read the profile if interested. Anything else, just ask :slight_smile:

I’m afraid I’ll have a lot of annoying questions since there are a few problems here and there, but don’t worry. I’ll post in the right section.

Welcome @MartinC !! As you will find, the feel is similar but many changes have happened. The most noticeable will be package management in HaikuDepot found in the Applications menu. Lots to explore. The user guide found in Bookmarks in WebPositive will help with all the changes.
