I enjoyed watching this. One of the things I noticed (around 21 minutes) was some of their goals. I wonder if one of the reasons they didn’t achieve greater success is because they only aspired to be an alternative in fairly limited space. One of the “think different… here’s to the crazy ones” messages from Apple was that “the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world… are the ones who do.” So I would wonder if the converse is also true… those who don’t think they can change the world, probably won’t.
