I have 2 servers for users of Haiku to use: https://haikumail.online and https://xmpp.retro-os.live. Haiku mail is part of the email suite and is managed there. The other is for all retro topics and has more features but requires a separate registration.

I already have a Jabber account on the private server of a friend,otherwise I’d absolutely give it a try.
Given that Haiku already has a native Jabber client (Renga),that protocol is a good fit for Haiku.
