Where can we report pages that won't load in web+?

Perhaps something like firefox and ie had - with IE it was clicking the sad face :frowning_face: and on firefox/seamonkey it was on the help menu at “report rendering issue” as I recall. (AFAIK chrome automatically reports urls that cause crashes without the users permission).
