Yes those doing the work should be those who decide what is included in their project.
That is only reasonable and fair.
But I think there is some merit including the browser if for no other reason than PR. Perhaps if this site’s homepage had a box saying wi-fi and browser now available in nightly builds the curious would stop, download it, and you may gain some more users.
