Way to install Haiku without overriding Windows Boot Manager?

I want to have Haiku installed to a partition on my SSD and add it to the Windows Boot Manager for ease of access

EasyBCD on Windows 10 does not allow to add not windows partitions in the free edition.

No, it just doesn’t let you add boot entries to a GPT installation, which I know I can find a way around
