Ah, yeah, I can see how it would look like that. Sorry about that. Fortunately, that’s not what happened. The post was flagged yesterday by a member of the community. The flag was approved by one moderator and so the post was hidden. 21 hours ago, 2 other moderators joined to say they didn’t find the post so bad and suggested restoring it. And so it was restored.
It was hidden because someone else flag it while the content was about my arguments.
When I saw that, as I didn’t felt it was inappropriate, just a disagreement, I unhide your post.
When moderators don’t intervene, or fast enough, it’s bad.
When moderators do, it’s too fast, it’s also bad.
And when a moderator, involved in the post dlagged, intervene to decide moderation is not needed here, it’s also bad ?!
There is no way moderators could do something right?!
Communicating? There’s a clear communication issue with the users who got banned.
They’re very few people who actually got banned from that forum.
Somes posters where suspended for a short period, a very few up to 1 month.
From that few, some decided to leave the forum by themselves.
Leaving because you don’t agree on the rules of a forum or you don’t want to follow/can’t avoid to break again these rules is not banishment.
Banishment is when it was not your decision to leave.
Words have meaning.

I don’t understand what you’re saying, but above all, what does it have to do with the fact that no one informed rainygirl about the moderators’ decisions, leaving her hidden on and off?
Great analysis, now the community can finally consider itself united and ready for the next 25 years!
Unless you put a CLAUDE.md in there, Claude will happily ignore that file.
I have read bad and good posts on both sides of the fence.
It is rarely a good idea to mix both together, and call them names. If you have issues with particular posts, or people, address those specifically, please.
Most of the people writing here (again, on both sides), really try to be helpful, and give something positive to the discussion.
Maybe we need a Haiku with AI fork
1.) Haiku AI Beta 6
2.) Haiku Beta 6
Unless you put a CLAUDE.md in there, Claude will happily ignore that file.
Typical opt-out strategy, where everyone needs to find how to not give consent explictly, and for each situation the part which consider consent is given by default required his own specific way to tell no.
Can you imagine if consent between humans has to be expressed in one specific language for each human concerned!?
Can’t AI scrappers decided one common language to say them yes or no? After all, they were quick to adopt a common language to let AI drive tools (MCP). I guess the difference is it was in their own interest, while making this opt-out easier is not.
I think when one of your post is hidden or unhidden, as for when it’s flagged, user receive an automatic notification from discourse. At least, that’s my experience.
If I’m not mistaken, you didn’t get the explanation because you were reactivated, but I could be wrong.
AGENTS.md was voluntary and came after Claide already had CLAIDE.md. There’s an open ticket on Anthropoc’s bug tracker asking to use the former as well as the latter, but Clause Code doesn’t respect the former. So essentially having just that file means Clause will merrily ignore those wishes. This is why Tabby still has that file in its repo and Claude is able to function.
Adding AGENTS.md without doing any further research is on whoever added that file to the repo by the way. It takes one very easy google search to know which agents adhere to it.
If a post is unhidden, it means by definition that the moderators pool decided that the initial decision to hide it was not justified.
When a post is hidden, you got a notification with a reason for that.
When it’s unhidden, you got a notification too afaik, and the explanation is simply that: it was reversed because it was not justified good enough.
Being unhidden is self-explanatory.
ooook
If a second message arrives too, it seems like a correct procedure.
