Anyone else see this yet? I was going to perform my system updates, but cancelled once I saw this:
After my last experience with proceeding forward, I cancelled and will wait until this get resolved before updating again.

The solution 2 here looks just fine. It will remove “poppler” and install “libpoppler” in its place. It looks like some files were moved around from one package to another.
