[Solved] Can't update nightlies - Initialization failed

After updating to hrev59062, I can’t update/install anything, e.g.

~> pkgman update
  100% repochecksum-1 [65 bytes]
Refreshing repository "Haiku" failedValidating checksum for Haiku...: Initialization failed
Failed to get cache for repository "Haiku". Skipping.: File or Directory already exists
  100% repochecksum-1 [64 bytes]
Refreshing repository "HaikuPorts" failedValidating checksum for HaikuPorts...: Initialization failed
Failed to get cache for repository "HaikuPorts". Skipping.: File or Directory already exists
Nothing to do.

The system acts as if repos (which I use for a long time) are not there anymore. In case it helps, said repos are

~> pkgman list-repos
        Haiku
                base-url: https://eu.hpkg.haiku-os.org/haiku/master/x86_64/current
                identifier: tag:haiku-os.org,2001:repositories/haiku/r1beta5/x86_64
                priority: 1
        HaikuPorts
                base-url: https://eu.hpkg.haiku-os.org/haikuports/master/x86_64/current
                identifier: tag:haikuports.org,2013:repositories/haikuports/r1beta5/x86_64
                priority: 1

This happens since October 12. Any ideas?

Works here, same hrev.

Maybe some filesystem corruption (try checkfs)? Try removing the repo files in /boot/system/cache/package-repositories.

Can you run “strace pkgman update”?

checkfs did the job. Thank you!
