I would probably recommend completing the integration of the mail_server into Haiku by eliminating naming it altogether - the title bar for a new e-mail would read something obvious like “New Mail”.
The advantage this position offers is that other services could be integrated in a similar fashion - think IM Kit.

The app in the Be Menu, erm, Haiku Menu and indeed in the filesystem still needs a name, though…
The item in the Be^H^HHaiku Menu would be replaced by rightclicking the mailbox icon in the Deskbar and clicking New Message as is currently done. In the filesystem it’s just called mail_server, as I recall.

Not having a menu entry is extremely counter intuitive though.
