QMMP Can't move the windows

When I open the QMMP,the window feezed on the desktop,I can’t move it.Still it looks like working.

No,it is not freeze,it still running but the window can’t drag.

You could try to delete the config folder /home/config/settings/Qmmp…

Also check ~/config/cache, sometimes things are left behind there too.
