I recently decided to try out FloppyMIDI, which is a BeOS driver that plays MIDI music with a floppy drive.
So I connected a spare floppy drive to my BeOS PC (heeding the warnings of “This will almost certainly destroy your floppy drive!”), and installed the driver. I played quite a few MIDI files, and I recorded all of them. Here are my recordings: FLOPPYMIDI.zip

How very 90s!
You for got to fill in the MP3 attributes (title, artist).
Nice you included yourself humming - is it “Alle Jahre wieder”? - while setting up the recording equipment.
Why would I fill them in? Isn’t the fun guessing the tune?
I just updated the ZIP file, now there are 26 files, and the recorder test was removed.
As for your guess, try again.
I give up on identifying your humming tune. Better leave the humming to your floppy drive.
