with the advent of usb sticks, most removable media seems hopelessly redundant. even the big floppy disks top out at 3.5mb iirc. Zip disks would be more useful as would analog tape, but floppys, come on man
well with the floppy drive it helps to boot and also for those old pc, strangely Haiku recognizes but doesn’t work, maybe in the future we can have a program to boot floppy, pendrive and cd/dvd since almost no system has it natively, there is one to format floppy.
