PANIC ...Out of Memory

After cloning latest Boxedwine from github repo and changing directory to ~/Boxedwine/project/linux and giving make,i got the following PANIC screen

Is it worthy opening a case?

The second time i tried i got this instead

i am trying for a third time with make -j2 and see if it helps…

With -j2 the compilation fails for code related reasons

How much RAM do you have?

This is a virtual machine under Virtualbox-3.3 Gb
