Hello Haiku community!
I’m interested in contributing to Haiku by translating the User Guide (and/or other documentation) into Russian.
Before starting, I’d like to:
- Check if there’s an active translation effort for Russian to avoid duplication.
- Confirm the preferred workflow (e.g., Git, Weblate, PO files).
- Clarify any terminology guidelines (e.g., how to handle terms like “Deskbar,” “Tracker”).
If there’s no ongoing translation, I’m ready to begin with a small section (e.g., the Introduction) for review. Could someone point me to the right resources or contacts?
