Is there a native tool under Haiku to extract data
from a DAMAGED memory stick?
I don’t know of any native tool. The normal tool to use for this, depending on what damage it is, would be ddrescue. It appears to be ported, but it may make more sense to run it on linux

If only the file system is damaged, photorec (or a GUI like QPhotoRec) is a good choice.
Haven’t tried it under Haiku though.

As I never use Windows , I’ll try QPhotoRec under linux
Native, no.
But ports of testdisk and QPhotoRec are available on HaikuDepot.
No need to switch to another OS (how dare you! 
)
