kde has haiku theme.
it means more people know haiku.
Is the theme enabled in the screenshot? It doesn’t look like Haiku.

That’s “Discover” a “HaikuDepot” kinda app for KDE software. 
This is only the icon theme and its activated as you can see on the “Disks” icon, the UI on the screenshot is just apple-ish.
