There is no gpu with “full support”. If you are looking for video games you should rather use linux.

Other than that most AMD and Intel gpus are supported in a modeset capacity, and failing that with framebuffer support in the bios you can get most monitors in the native resolution (sometimes this requires disabeling “CSM” support)

Hardware acceleration is very experimental. There has been progress primarily with Nvidia GPUs, but nothing has been merged yet.
