When attempting to run consoled from ssh, it clear screen to white and fails:
~> consoled
Could not open tty /dev/tt/p4: Operation not allowed!
consoled: error -3 starting console.
Terminating app_server don’t help. debug_server seems not use any special tricks to start consoled.
