as you know, most of chinese people have no e-cash but these two things.
it is also ok via bank transfer，if you give me the bank account number of haiku .

I guess that those are payment services like PayPal. You could check if GitHub Sponsors accept these as payment mode. Anyway, have a look at donation page.

I think the only way to do direct bank donations is in Euro via SEPA, through Liberapay. But that method also supports UnionPay, maybe that’s helpful?
