How to add terminal apps to open with menu?

hello everyone. i am trying to run mpv because it has subtitles for matroshka files. however typing everything out is an headache. so is there a way to run mpv from the open with menu? can i add mpv and other terminal apps?

There were,and are, several apps that integrate this features, the most prominent IMO is TrackRunner, that adds its own menu in Tracker’s menubar and contextual menu, one can add their preferred commands

You can right-click the App =>
Choose Open with Terminal and drag’n drop the App to the Terminal Window
