I want to add a password on Haiku but I couldn’t find it. Can someone help?

Haiku is a single-user operating system with no usernames or passwords.

If what you want is a “login prompt” that ask for a password… I guess you’re best bet would be to use something like LockWorkstation.
Mmm, seems like it’s recipe in HaikuPorts is marked as "untested. You might need to compile that one yourself, and see if it does what you need.

You can set a screensaver password in the screensaver options.
To lock the screen directly after boot, you need to manually add the screensaver to autostart.
I did this on two of my laptops,it’s better than nothing, but it isn’t really secure.
Sometimes it works and the screen gets locked on boot, sometimes it doesn’t,and I don’t really know why.
