This year has 366 days, not 355.
I don’t think the fraction has anything to do with the date (14th of march, or 3/14 if you use some date formatting conventions.
European Pi approximation day can be celebrated on 22/7 instead, that is both a date and a fraction reasonably close to Pi
Actually, most years have 365 days…
