Haikuports Error

Description
I need to put psutil, but it is available in haiku ports. But when building it, I get this error: [Errno -2147459069] No such file or directory: ‘/boot/home/haikuports/repository/psutil-5.9.8.DependencyInfo’

.DependencyInfo files not regenerated on config update

(Original issue 58 created by kallisti5 on 2015-02-10T19:28:54.032769+00:00) To… recreate: - Ensure ALLOW_UNTESTED="no" - Attempt to build a package flagged as untested. - Haikuporter errors out (as expected) - set ALLOW_UNTESTED="yes" - Attempt to build the same package again. - Haikuporter attempts to build the package, but fails due to a missing .DependencyInfo file... ``` IOError: [Errno -2147459069] No such file or directory: '/Builds/haikuports/repository/ruby-2.2.0.DependencyInfo' ``` This is due to the check at HaikuPorter/Repository.py line 380 in _updateRepository: ``` # ignore recipes that were skipped last time unless they've # been changed since then if (os.path.exists(skippedDir + '/' + portID) and (os.path.getmtime(port.recipeFilePath) <= os.path.getmtime(skippedDir + '/' + portID))): continue ``` This looks to see if recipes change to rescan them. This however doesn't account for modifications to the haikuports.conf file changing how haikuporter operates. We likely need to check modification times here between the .skipped files and the haikuports.conf. (or trigger a complete rebuild of the repo when the config file changes.
