Haiku supported extern DVD RW

Hello all,

any supported extern DVD RW drive available? I have one, but not supported to write files. I test another one, does not seeable in the system.

Cd record would have to support it, but i think the issue is in the usb and lpt port stack. 8 had a very old external cd rom/re in the early 00s, haiku didn’t dupport that

Since around beta 1 none of my scsi,sata or ide drives work.

Normally, any ‘Macintosh/BSD/Linux-compatible’ external USB 2.0 CD/DVD/BD drives will work.
This info is provided within the product manual/documentation/specs.
