Okay I have been trying for two days to download the source code for Haiku. Any way does anyone know how I can download it. What the SVN is? I always get errors and it never finishes.

I believe the entire source code is > 1GB now - so you should expect it to take some time.
If you get an error during an svn checkout, you should be able to run it again to resume from where it failed.
The steps to get it are best listed here:

Thank you.
I understand there is a problem with BerliOS atm … the project leaders are currently on holidays / vacation atm, back on the 14th August.
The problem is that the SVN server is nearly full, so checkins often fail; you can still check out.

Off-topic, but could this be why my application for a new project hasn’t been accepted (or rejected)?
I see on the net a source tarbal (tar.gz) of Haiku sources, but now is not updates. Is there a choose to dowinload it, without a SVN?

I don’t think there are yet any cron jobs set up to create nightly tarballs of the source…
