i tried it, installed, blacklisted the non oss audio drivers, log shows oss is loade
d, but still no sound and still hda shown in audio settings ,

I may have wrote some OSS testing notes in the forums, but I remember this posting:

Driver may map to the headphone jack versus speaker output…
