I am trying to boot haiku from USB, got stuck at the first screen (no highlighted icon).
I have a syslog for it. Should I open a new ticket or add my syslog to an existing one such as ticket #18754?

In doubt, always open a new ticket. If with infos provided in both tickets the person doing the triage sees that they have same cause; they will mark it as duplicate. But, say in your comment that it might be similar to the other ticket, it will spare them some time.
Reason is that it’s easier this way than to separate tickets.
