How do I configure the built in FTP server. There is only an Enable and Disable. BeOS had a section where you could add a user and password. I did try admin/admin and anonymous. Not sure what I’m missing.

i have not checked but I assume it uses the unix accounts in the backend.
You can add one with useradd (or adduser?) and modify the password with passwd )user>
