So in BeOS 5 Pro, instead of running tracking the default way on the upper right, I would change it to the bottom of the screen, similar to the default Windows taskbar postion. Am I missing an option somewhere on how to change it?
You can drag the deskbar around to change the position and layout of it.
The win9x theme in haiku theme manager (installed separately) also changes it for you.
Yes you can move it as you like, a macOS-like theme would put it up the screen…

You need to grab the deskbar by its handle, which is located right of the clock and is only a few pixels wide.
