korli fixed the read hooks in the acpi_lid and acpi_ac drivers, and implemented select hooks for the acpi_ac driver.

Are we getting closer to sleep and hibernation in Haiku ?

I mean - I would be very happy if I close the lid then Haiku finally would go sleep, if hibernation itself still not available for any reason …

It’s nice to see so many different contributors in the report this time.
Also,a huge number of changes for one month.
Seems that Haiku development is accelerating again (well,at least for that month).
