What are ppl’s opinions on GraalVM - a new Java VM (from 2019)? It sounds interesting - a polyglot executer for apps coded in numerous languages: Java, Javascript, python, LLVM languages, Rust, Swift, Ruby, Web Assembly, etc. Am I right that if GraalVM was ported to Haiku, then you wouldn’t need to port a dozen-or-so languages, because you could just download them into GraalVM and they can be used from within it.
GraalVM (owned by Oracle) has Linux, Mac, & Win free & Open Source community editions on github. Do you think that GraalVM would be difficult to port to Haiku?
