Gnucash running on Haiku

After a good few attempts, I’ve got Gnucash (and all the required dependencies) ported and running on Haiku.

How should I prepare the PR for Haikuports? Should I make one commit, everything included (six or seven recipes, two patchsets or so) or should I treat every package as a separate PR?

I’m still finishing touches (application icon, deskbar entry and the like, I’m learning from other recipes but help is welcomed) and I’ve got a crash on startup related to libgc.so (the Boehm garbage collector, which I’m not too sure it works correctly on Haiku), but after dismissing the dialog the app still works.

For starters, first do the dependencies to work up to the recipe for Gnucash, keeping in mind the order of those dependencies.
Also create separate PR’s for those, keeps track a bit easier.
