After a relative of mine crossed from Poland (euro zone, no english, Zloty coin) to Ukraine (out of euro zone, no english, hryvnia coin) and ate in both places without going to a known place, nor speaking either native lang, i just invalidated your strange premise

Btw, some polish shops/coffees have spanish names with none of the menu items being written nor spoken in spanish, nor being spoken there (just polish and english), hence name is what the owner wanted, it’s not translated to native lang, and clients still understand it and come in to eat/drink, invalidating all the previous thread
