Following some internal discussion, the forum categories have been heavily reorganized. Don’t worry, no posts have been deleted, but some of the smaller categories have been consolidated or made sub-categories of others. Hopefully, it should be easier to pick where to put new posts now, or even where to re-sort posts that previously did not quite fit in.

If there’s a topic you want to recategorize, editing the first post in it will show the category editor box.
Administrators can also recategorize multiple posts at a time by clicking the “list” icon at the top-left of any table of posts, then selecting some, and then clicking the “gear” icon and choosing “Set Category”.
Good idea. Time doesn’t stand still, and changes are required periodically.
