I use GNOME Boxes for most of my testing for Haiku. I find it good enough for playing around with Haiku.
For some time now, my Haiku VM hasn’t been working. It just loads forever and gives me this error message:
If I try and run the VM with QEMU (qemu-system-x86_64 ~/.local/share/gnome-boxes/images/haikur1beta4), it does show, but the boot screen stops at the disk icon.
Everything I’d like to save that I had in there is already backed up, and I can just reinstall a new VM and delete this old one, but I’d like to know what the problem could possibly be.
