Error opening Pe Documentation

Installed Haiku on my HP / Compaq 8510w after watching “Using Haiku as a Daily Driver?! by Dan Wood on Youtube” . Have been orientating for the last couple of weeks. Would now like to look at application developement but I get an Error when attempting to open /boot/system/apps/Pe/Documentation/index.html .

I think I’m getting a permissions error when attempting to open the above file.

I know there have been some fixes recently WRT opening the help files, see Commits · HaikuArchives/Pe · GitHub
Those aren’t yet in the current Pe package, though.

Manually double-clicking /boot/system/apps/Pe/Documentation/index.html should work though. It does here…
