In latest nightly image I can’t install apps, such as Floorp, Iceweasel, GIMP, KRITA…
They share almost the same error message:
Fatal error occured while installing package floorp_bin: Failed to create transaction ()
Maybe try a checkfs /boot to see if the filesystem might be corrupted.
Or maybe your boot partition is out of free space? Don’t know if that would be the displayed error message. Could be more precise, if it is…

I figured out. At booting computer, the Haiku as Installer on USB key was started instead of version on hard drive.
