Does Haiku in near future have encrypted folders, or filesystems?

i try in linux EncFS and is easy to setup and get to work. EncFS uses fuse and encrypt files and folders, not full partitions like TrueCrypt. only need fuse support in operating system.

more read about EncFS: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EncFS

there is easy GUI utility, but command line is more powerfull: http://tom.noflag.org.uk/cryptkeeper.html

Actual actual reality: nobody cares about his secrets. (Also, I would be hard-pressed to find that wrench for $5.)

DriveEncryption is a suite of programs to allow you to encrypt devices and file images. The encryption is done via the AES algorithm, and protected via a password.
It can also use devices created with TrueCrypt (http://www.truecrypt.org/), available for Windows and Linux, as long as you’ve created them to use the AES encryption algorithm and a RIPEMD-160 hash algorithm protected password.

yeah i know what is disk (full, or partition) encryption but when user wants encrypt only one folder like folder in dropbox, or selected folder then encfs is great for this… one of my friend tell me why i not try truecrypt i say i dont want have crypted full disk i dont know about encfs but i find a encfs and is great tool
