I’m thinking about buying a FHD display with a refresh rate of 144 Hz - are those displays supported or are we right now stuck with 60 Hz refresh rate?

This won’t answer your question (much) but I can get > 60 Hz on the VESA driver.
So it’s possible in theory? It doesn’t look good here, but this screen isn’t “good”.
screenmode -l only shows me 60 Hz for 1600x900 either way.

Hi egrath. Currently support is spotty. I am using 120hz but my display supports 240hz. It will depend a lot on wether your gpu is properly supported or not, but keep in mind Haiku currently does not do displayport link training correctly iirc, it may also depend on your efi if you use the framebuffer driver.
