Change keyboard layout and single click

I unsuccessfully searched the forum and the web:

1.) How do I change the keyboard layout after the installation?

2.) Any chance to change Haiku to single click behaviour?

Signal boost.

Once one gets used to single-clicking things to activate them (as i have been since KDE first added it some 25 years ago), double-clicking feels downright barbaric.

It depends what you’re naming layout. If it is how keys are disposed on the keyboard or, what symbols are assigned to them. KeymapSwitcher does are pretty good job in the second case.
