I removed the 2 oldest version a short while ago, now I disabled boost165 and boost166 so buildmaster won’t try to use them if no boost version is set in a recipe.

Small note, boost1.65 and boost 1.66 have been removed from the repository now, boost169, boost170 and boost1.83 have been pushed to use ICU74 now.
