Bluetooth Server fails

Hello again.

I’m trying to give Haiku a try on my main computer. It seems to start and load from the live USB, however I can’t use my mouse as the bluetooth server fails to start.

The specs of the wireless/bluetooth adaptor are:

pci:8086-2526-1a56-1550;02-80-00;detected;network;;Intel Corporation;Wi-Fi 5(802.11ac) Wireless-AC 9x6x [Thunder Peak];Rivet Networks
usb:8087-0025;00-01-01;failed;bluetooth;;(Intel Corp.);(Wireless-AC 9260 Bluetooth Adapter)

Also, it doesn’t seem to want to connect to 5ghz wifi but connects fine to 2.4.

I really didn’t test much more because it was a bit cumbersome without the mouse.

Is there something that I need to do to be able to start the bluetooth server?

Thanks.

Bluetooth is not supported currently. The only thing that works is pairing devices.

Thank you.

I think I still have some Logitech mice with the unifying dongle

Ahoy @munecito ,

That will work, I can confirm.

I use them with Haiku Beta/Nightly
keyboard + touchpad combo : K400r
mouse : T400

without an issue.
